CorrieTestimonioYin.jpg

Corrie O'Sullivan

Vinyasa Flow Expert

Corrie O'Sullivan began her fascination with movement at the age of 8, starting out in Taekwondo. She would spend the next 10 years practicing this form of martial arts, earning her black belt, and beginning to teach classes alongside her Sabonim. The body awareness and mental strength generated by this discipline led her to explore other physical expressions and to work in the gym and outdoor sports fields for a long time.

It is of little surprise that before her second decade of life, she discovered yoga. She began training in Vinyasa Yoga between Arizona and California, completing YACEP hours in Advanced Vinyasa Sequencing and was fortunate to expand her knowledge in several different countries and cultures, since, along with her passion for the body, Corrie loves traveling and living among new cultures. At the moment, she is a Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor (E-RYT 500) at her yoga center in Seville, Lemon Yoga.

Cofi.jpg

Fatima Cofino

Expert in Yoga History and Philosophy

Fátima Cofiño loves history and has specialized in the origins, philosophy of yoga and its applications to professional and amateur sports life.

It has been over 24 years since she received her first yoga class. And she didn't like it. But she decided to give this discipline another chance later on, which reminded her of her years of rhythmic gymnastics, compensated for her excesses as a runner, allowed her to "dance" and especially led her to what was important in her hectic work rhythm.

After a 2-year personal and professional experience in the Caribbean (where she learned about other yoga approaches and teaching styles); She decided to go deeper and study as a Vinyasa instructor in Spain, without ever thinking about teaching classes. Although, after accepting a substitution, she realized that if practicing made her happy, sharing the practice and helping the development of other practitioners made her even happier.

Later she expanded her training with higher studies at the Yoga Studies Institute, in various specific courses at the UNED of the Balearic Islands and with workshops with teachers from different disciplines. Today she is a certified Yoga Alliance teacher (E-RYT 500).

She combines classes with her "other" professional life; which is also linked to her passion for people, the planet and conscious living.
