A course aimed at learning the fundamentals of aerial yoga and learning how to build a complete and coherent aerial yoga class.

The 60h Level I Aerial Yoga Teacher Training is aimed at providing:

  • Certified yoga teachers the tools necessary to lead safe, intelligent and dynamic aerial yoga classes.

  • For all those people dedicated to the world of sports expanding their professional horizons.

What is it about?


Level I Aerial Yoga Teacher Training covers the fundamentals of the aerial yoga technique. It Provides a solid base of theoretical knowledge and a methodology of
practical teaching.


Our objetive


We want to offer you the knowledge so that you can be the best aerial yoga teacher
you can be, putting new knowledge and tools at your disposal. For us the best teachers are those who never stop of learning, who see their students where they are, helps them develop in their practice, and that inspire under the precepts of the philosophy of yoga and its techniques of meditation.

What will you learn?

​

 

  • How to use the swing safely.

  • How to safely guide your students in inversions, twists and holds and
    take your aerial yoga practice to the next level and how to convey the incredible
    benefits of this practice full of discoveries with your students.

  • To structure and direct the class from the basic warm-up, stretching and breathing, going through the postures on the floor and then to the sequences.

  • To establish new objectives so that your students continue to deepen
    in practice in a motivating and fun way.

 

Content:

  • Fundamentals of aerial yoga technique (asana and applied anatomy)

  • Aerial Yoga Principles

  • Safety protocol (fabric, knot, anchor, prevention rules)

  • Meditation techniques

  • Conscious breathing (pranayamas)

  • Relaxation techniques (savasana)

  • Sequencing and structuring a class

  • Language: give clear instructions to ensure the safety of students and the enjoyment of practice.

  • 60 hours of aerial yoga training

  • Aerial Yoga Training Manual level I, which contains material from reading about our philosophy and objectives, images of all the asanas aerials and the breakdown of the different blocks:aerial asanas, anatomy, history and philosophy, pranayama and meditation

  • Bonus for 7 aerial classes at our Lemon Yoga school

  • Certificate endorsed by Yoga Alliance (YACEP or Continuing Education) and by Lemon Yoga Seville.

The trainer

​

The program is carefully designed by our expert Fátima M. Ponce who
will guide you in your learning, providing you with all the tools you need
to teach aerial yoga classes with confidence, technique and consistency.


Fátima Martínez, graduate in law and Arabic and Islamic studies, is a professor
of Yoga, certified by Yoga Alliance in advanced RYT 500 studies and trainer of
YACEP aerial yoga. Co-founder of the Lemon Yoga yoga center.

​

He is an integral part of the yoga teacher training team at the Estudios school.
of Yoga Development (EDY) and promoter and precursor of aerial yoga in Seville, with extended experience in teaching aerial yoga classes.

Schedule:


Saturday and Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Breakfast: 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Lunch: from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
